Progress not being saved when shutting down and publishing problem

May 23, 2016

Hi guys,

I'm having some problems with a course pilot I'm currently running.

A number of students have complained about their progress not being saved when they shut the course down. When the re-open they go back to module 1 and all progress has disappeared.

Any idea how I can solve this?

Also I can't manage to get the course working on Firefox and on iOS appliances. Maybe I'm missing something out when publishing.. ?

Thanks in advance.

Craig

Hi Craig!

How are you publishing and sharing your course with your users?

Do you have the resume data set as you wish?

Only the Flash version of your course is supported in Firefox and you can read more about our authoring and viewing requirements here. Be sure that you are following the guidelines here for publishing to mobile.

Hi Craig!

I published your course and uploaded to SCORM Cloud for testing:

I am not having an issue with the resume functionality in my testing. Do you experience the issue in my output or is the issue limited to your LMS?

I also am not sure which slide you were having difficulty with on the video as there is a lot of video in your course, so I couldn't begin to assume.
