I have restarted Storyline and My PC. I have closed all applications down except storyline and i have a 50 slide presentation that will not publish. The publisher starts and runs then gets to slide 50 of 50 and stops. Eventually after a long long time it kicks out to the Publish menu screen.
Can you help please this is a bit of an emergency.

Hi Zara,
I’m going to run a few ideas by you since the behavior that you’re experiencing seems kind of erratic.
Be sure that you are working on your local drive.
If it’s just this file, you may want to start fresh and import into a new project.
If you are having problems across multiple files with Storyline in general, then you may want to check this out for assistance.
Or you could always send us your file for us to have a look at.
