Yes, assuming you don't need any type of completion tracking or anything like that, you can just publish to web.
After you publish, just open your published files folder and click on the story.html or story_html5.html (if you published to HTML5) files to view it, it will open in your browser so you can view it.
You can then just upload all the published files to where you are going to host your video (assuming on the intranet since this is for work). Next would then sent out the URL in your email.
If you have never uploaded anything before, you may need to reach out to your IT organzation to get permission to FTP on the server etc... or find out if there is someone who typically does this stuff for your team.
