Publish to LMS

I am wondering if there is a setting somewhere in Articulate that I can change so when a learner goes on to the LMS all the information is delivered to his/her computer at once, they can do the module and the quiz and when they hit submit at the end of the quiz, all th info is sent back to the LMS for processing?

The reason I am asking is because when a computer starts lots of back and forth with a server, out firewall shuts down the communication which is making it very difficult for our learners to complete the courses.  If information is constantly going back and forth with a non-government server (our LMS host) users ahve a difficult time completing the quizes.

Out LMS provider/programmer indicated that there was a way to publish to eliminate multiple communications between the LMS server and the users network computer?
