I am publishing from Storyline 360 as an MP4 and am having 2 glitches occur in this section of video. The MP4 I inserted in to Storyline plays smoothly, the audio plays smoothly, and the elements on top play as designed. In preview it plays perfectly. After I publish it I get glitches in the background video. Please advise. I have attempted to publish it at Medium video quality and that did not help.
I want to see if we can isolate the issue to videos that are published from your installation. Here's the video output of your course that was published on my end, let me know if you see any improvements in the quality of the video.

If my video output does not have the issues that you experienced, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation. You'll also want to make sure that you are working out of a computer that meets the system requirements needed to run Storyline 360.
