I built a Storyline 2 program with mp4 video on each slide. It plays perfectly in preview, but when I publish, it is skipping portions of the audio, while playing the video smoothly, so the audio is done way before the video. I tried muting the video and putting in each audio file individually, and it still is skipping over portions of the audio. Any ideas?
Hi Kristi, this sounds a bit like a known issue that occurs when audio and video are on the same slide (and the video is muted). By chance are you testing your published files with HTML5?
Tech support worked very diligently and identified that there was a problem in the way Camtasia encoded the video that I put into the Storyline project. They also gave me instructions on how to re-encode. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing that update here, Kristi!
For folks who may encounter this issue in the future, here are the instructions on how to re-encode that Kristi received:
Re-encode it using a third party video conversion tool called Handbrake (http://handbrake.fr/).
Here is a video screencast on how to use HandBrake to convert videos to be used with Articulate software: https://player.vimeo.com/video/145574235
Once the video has been re-encoded, import it into Storyline.
