Hello, If we have certain courses that are only available in the published format uploaded to a website, how do we change from Flash to HTML5. These courses were created in Storyline 1 a number of years ago. We had an IT breach in my organization so do not have the original editable files. Thank you.
The reality is, your published Flash files cannot be "reverse published" into a workable Storyline 1 file.
Your best bet will be to use them as preliminary source material and build new courses in Storyline 3/360 (making sure to publish as HTML5 only). And consider having an off-site backup of the source files to hard media like CD/DVD-ROM.
