the LMS I am working with has a 1GB maximum upload size. When I publish my course it is over 1GB. It contains Audio files and screen recordings. Is there a way to reduce the published size?
You might need to move your videos outside of the project file, and host them on a service like Vimeo. The Vimeo videos can be embedded in your course.

Hello,
You can adjust compression settings when publishing to reduce file size :

I have adjusted the compression settings to reduce the file size and it is still larger than 1gb. :(
Wow! What is the total size of your videos before inserting them in SL?
Are they FullHD screen recordings? Maybe you could resize them before insertion? (can't remember if SL resizes video or just scales them).
