Are you able to send through your .story file as well as the course's shareable link here, so we can take a look at the behavior in the same environment? Please feel free to share this information privately here.
I'm happy to assist! Can you help me with a few more details?
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.13.15006.0 in the bottom-right corner.
I couldn't view your published file but I downloaded your source file, published it and uploaded to my webserver. Here is a Peek video of it working as expected. I'm viewing through Chrome Version 65.0.3325.162
I uploaded a copy of your course to Tempshare here (HTML5 format), and like Wendy – I was also able to advance to each slide in Chrome. I'm unable to advance to the second slide in your output link.
Since your course worked as expected after an upload to Tempshare and Wendy's webserver, it seems that your server is having issues with the HTML5 version. Have you had a chance to check in with your server administrator?
Glad to hear that Jaipal, if you have any other info to share here from your IT team it looks like it may help Alejandro!
Alejandro,
If you're seeing a particular error message or screen - perhaps you can share that here? That may be just the clue folks in the community need to offer advice.

Hi Jaipal,
