I have created a lesson. With a set story size. I have previewed and published many times with no issue. Now, it has decided to shrink up to show part of the top banner. I have not made any changes to screen size.
Are you using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360? I'd check first that you're on the latest update of either version ( Storyline 3, build 3.6.18134.0 or Storyline 360,build 3.26.18364.0).
Also, what's the overall resolution of your monitor? When you're viewing the published output have you also checked the browser zoom?

We are using Storyline 3. I have version 3.2.13213.0. My coworker has version 3.5.16548.0. She is not having any issues, that I am aware of.
We work for the U.S. Coast Guard. We only have permission to use the 3.5 version. We will not be able to update to the 3.6 version until it is tested by our IT Group.
I suspect my version was 3.5 but that it reverted back to the 3.2 for some reason.
