I wonder if you have a work around for this one: If I use a video in Articulate Storyline and publish it as a video, the audio becomes out of synch. I'm guessing it because of the frame rate not being 30 frames per second. Any suggestions or ideas?
The first thing I check if this happens is to ensure that I didn't add the video twice and that the videos aren't playing on top of each other. You could also check the video options and experiment with the compression settings between 'automatic' and 'none'. When you publish you could also experiment with the video quality settings.
