Publishing issues in Storyline after installing Update 3

Hello,
I am having problems publishing in Storyline after updating the software to the latest version. I have tried publishing it on my desktop as well as two other systems and I get the same result - once I select the SCORM settings and click Publish, the publishing window comes up for about 2 seconds and then disappears.
Strangely enough, I was able to publish just fine before the update. I also tried publishing a different file after installing the update and I was able to publish that file with no issues. I have tried all of the steps on you product support page, but still no luck. By the way, I do have admin rights on my PC.
Could it be that I’m experiencing this issue because I started developing the project in a lower version of Storyline and performed the update midstream? Please help.
P.S. I tried to upload the Storyline file to your support site, but it would not send the request. Let me know if there is any other way to send this file for review.

Hi Dee and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
You mention that you could publish a different file, so perhaps you could import this project into another project.
Let's try that first as I think that it may help you.

I imported the course into a new Storyline project and the same thing happen - I clicked Publish, then it timed out after 2 or 3 seconds. Also, if I try to preview the entire project it does the same thing.
