Ok, now I have problems publishing anything in Articulate 2. I have inserted an MP4 into a slide did not publish as error, then changed it to WMA, same. then tried, then deleted it altogether. Still not publishing (either, web, CD or other). I have updated flash (I am aware of the previous problems with flash). Any advice appreciated.
Hi Carol Ann! Just popping in to check on your case and it looks like you are good to go for now. Something started working?! It happens. Hope all is well and you are welcome to respond back to Ryan in your case if it happens again soon.
Just fixed the problem! Ryan was VERY supportive and I am very pleased. It seemed to be the video in the end. The publishing problem was solved, phew, but I now have a synch problem with the video, but that can be fixed from the original.

Hi Carol!
Are you having an issue with just one project file, I would advise that you import into a new file and see if this assists.
If you are having an issue with your software in general and multiple files, then I would advise conducting a repair of your software.

I am having BIG problems with this.
I took the film out now and cannot publish at all from any machine. using articulate for this particular file.
I even took advice and improted into a new Articulate file.
Any advice urgent...

He managed to get it published. But still can't get original .story on mine published (on both my computers)
