Publishing to LMS error message

Hi there

I've received the following message when publishing to LMS.  

Does anyone have any suggestions/advice about what to do?

"This pages says

An error has occurrd:

Error - unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded.  Please contact technical support.

Press 'OK' to view debug information to send to technical support."

Note:  I did not press ok.  I have republished without the error and am waiting feedback from client to see if everything is working as expected, however, I would still appreciate understanding what has happened....

Hello Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you've run into! I've reviewed a few similar discussions here, here, and here, but I'm not finding a standard solution or explanation since there are different LMSs.

From here, I'd recommend connecting with one of our support engineers to help investigate and provide some insight. If you could share the .story file, that would be helpful!
