We are trying to publish our project to an IIS website however it cannot load the module.
The module starts to work, however some of the media objects with in the module aren't working properly. I think the objects not working are .swf files (the first one not to work is a screencast recording).
What configuration settings do we have to set on IIS to make this work, or do you have any tips that might help.

Screen Recordings are encoded as MP4 files upon publish, so this article likely explains the root cause of your problem.
A slightly more remote possibility is that you are experiencing one of the problems outlined in this article.
