I've just started using the Storyline trial and am having difficulty publishing videos. I have tried inserting a screencast made in Camtasia and one recorded in Storyline itself. Both are visible in the preview but when published, they don't appear. What should I do?
Hey Deirdre, sorry you're encountering issues with your videos - I'd recommend taking a look at this knowledgebase article, which identifies some of the ommon reasons why videos don't play as expected after a course is published. If you still continue to have trouble, would you mind uploading your project files to our support team for a closer look?
I read the knowledgebase article, but my videos are still not playing as expected. I am publishing the course to a website for external clients to view. My internal server seems to play the course correctly. External clients who are logging in to the website are complaining that the videos lock and will not play correctly.
Are you able to access the video files from the website? Any indication of what browser they're using to access the courses? You'll want to remind folks that they'll need to be up to date with the viewing requirements here.
