Purchasing Articulate Courses

Does anyone know of any companies who sell elearning courses already developed which you could purchase, tweak as needed in Articulate and then upload into your own LMS?

I've seen a number of companies that sell the files to upload into your LMS but without the ability to edit the content. 

For example, purchasing a WHMIS course that could be edited in Articulate to remove or add content specific to our workplace.
