Question Bank - Variable-based Question Draws

Hi all! This is my first time posting in the community, but I have already learned lots from all of you in my last few months of learning Storyline, so thank you!
I'm currently developing a module in which I will have learners from a variety of different regions taking the course, with both general and regional-specific content being covered. I've already defined a text variable within the course to identify/separate regional-specific content for each learner, however I would also like to add questions to my end-of-course quiz that are also region-specific. Does anyone know if it is possible to draw from a single bank of questions, based off of some user-defined decision variable(s)?

A while ago, I had done an example with a user-configurable question bank. See here for the example and here for a brief blog post about the setup.
