Question "Bank" vs. question "Group"

I have a course, imported into SL from another SL, and was originally a .pptx (I think).

When you look at the Story View, there is not Quiz, however, when I publish to Word, the quiz comes back - added on at the end of my current final section

Turns out I have a "Question Group" tab, and the questions are all in there. There is an empty "Question Bank" tab.

Can I "extract" all the questions from the Question Group and make them viewable, one per slide, because the best I can do is get a single slide that says "Question Group". I guess this slide is just a Question Bank by any other name...

Not sure quite how I arrived at this point, but would like to understand how it all works a bit more.
