I have a Storyline 360 file and have two screens with a question bank on each.
When preview the file, and select 'Review' on the last page the first 3 question show the question, a the read more feedback.
But the next bank of three questions, just show a blank screen with a purple box on it. I think it must have something to do with the Slide layer results, but i'm lost, and wondering if someone can help.
In the second bank of three questions, one question starting with "A teacher is planning..." actually does show the question and a purple box, but I can't see any difference between this and the other two question that do not she question on 'review'
Thanks heaps, I didn't realise you could assign the feedback template on the results layer different to the Actual question template.
The reason I don't have feedback on those other slides is that the behavior I want is that that they do the whole quiz first, and then on the review they see the feedback. So when authoring the question I'm saying 'No Feedback' but that takes away the option to write the feedback. I think what I have to do is initially say that I want feedback, put it all in and then turn of the question feedback at the time of the person doing each question.
If you only want there to be feedback on the review of a quiz, look at customizing the Review feedback layer. It's not shown automatically, but here's how to set it up. That article was written for Storyline 2, but you'd be able to use the same concepts in Storyline 3 or 360.
