Hi, I am lately experiencing that my quick access bar and the my personal theme that I save and set as a default, keeps on resetting to the standard on a regular basis. This used to happen when and update of Storyline was available. But for the last 2 month this happens about once a week. Does anyone else experience this problem? Or is this a bug?
I understand that the quick access bar and personal theme have been resetting regularly. Have you tried conducting a Storyline repair and confirming you're using the most up-to-date version?

Yes, this happens.Once you get the quick access Toolbar (QAT) set, back it up.
Whenever something go wrong, SL rebuilds it in its default form. When that happens, copy your version onto it.

Thank you both for your reply. And yes, I am running the most updated version on my system. I was running Diagnostics and all seems fine.
@Walt: Yes I did that also, I read this in the old post and I was hoping this problem was solved otherwise. But I will use my backup in the future.
