We have a quiz with 40 questions and sometime because of slow connection, user click twice on validate button (we suppose) and the quiz record 2 similar answer for one question.
The problem is double :
At the end of quiz : score calculation is wrong (for example : instead of 40 it is 41 question)
In the lms : scorm interaction is recorded twice => hopefully because it's the only way to discover the problem and to change global score.
Have you done any comparison testing via SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is due to the course or limited to your LMS? You can review the directions here to help you go through that testing. Also want to double check that you're using a supported browser to test the content.
