Quiz slide error
Oct 13, 2015
Hy!
I need a little help. I would create a question slide (as part as an exam) in stroyline 2. A "fill-in-the-blank" type and when i finished the exam and want to see the results it doesn't work. Each "fill-in-the-blank" typed questions when i check what would be the correct answer, the answer choices are oversized, so i can't see all the correct answers. How could i edit this?
The second problem is a green triangle in the result slide which i triggered "next slide" and in this case it doesn't work :(
I attached a print screen to show what is the problem.
Thanks for your help in advance!
Regards

Hi, Melinda -- That's unfortunate to hear you are having difficulties, but we'd be happy to take a closer look at your file for you if you'd like to share it! Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and we'll see what we can do! :)
Hello again, Melinda -- After doing a bit more research, I wanted to stop in to share that the sizing issue you are seeing is a known issue in with our QA team for further investigation. The suggested workaround is as follows:
1. Slide size should be below the following resolution:
Lower than 760x570 for 4:3 aspect ratio.
Lower than 970x546 for 16:9 aspect ratio.
For the second matter involving the green star, I would still need to take a look at your file if you are able to upload it for review!
Hi Christie!
Thanks for your help. Now the size is optimized to 1024x768 because this is compatible most of the sreen sizes and with the moodle.
The problem that i mentioned (number three is oversized) is appears when i use 4 alternative types of good answers like ( 3, three, 3 years, three years) if i just use "3" as a corrent answer i have no problem with it.
I attached you a prt sc

Hi, Christie
I tried to upload my file on the link you've been attached before but i got the following error message "Whoops. We are having trouble processing your request. Please try again later" :(
Could I send you in email? Or do i something wrong? I attached a print screen how i fill the form
Hi, Melinda -- Sorry to hear you had difficulties! I have seen that error message before sporadically and normally, using a different browser to submit the form will do the trick! So, if you were using Chrome, maybe try FireFox or IE to submit the form, but please let me know if issues persist!
Hi, Christie
I've tried to upload my file in FireFox, and then in Chrome and in IE, but I've found the same problem. None of them did work.
Hi, Melinda -- So sorry to hear that are are still having troubles! Please use this form to send your file, and I will be sure to let you know what I find as soon as possible.
Hi, Christie -- Still can't use that form :( Is it possible that the file size is too big? (9Mb)
Hi, Melinda -- Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues! To the best of my knowledge, 9 MB should not be too large to send a file, but that is beside the point if you are having issues! :) Please feel free to email your file with a basic description to support@articulate.com and please put the file to my attention.
Hi, Melinda -- I just wanted to touch base and ask if you would be so kind as to reply here in the thread after you have had an opportunity to submit your file to the support@articulate.com email address I have provided above. I have been spot-checking for it throughout the day and just want to be sure that it does not get lost in transmission somewhere! Many thanks. :)
