The simplest way is to lock down the navigation so that the learner has to complete the activity in sequential order. You can find how to do this here.
If you want them to have more flexibility in the order in which they navigate the course then you'll have to resort to using variables. There are several ways to do this but without knowing how you're structuring your course or if you're using a custom menu I couldn't advise.
Hi, Ramon -- In addition to the tutorial and info Michael shared, I thought I might also pass along this article on How to Temporarily Disable or Hide Navigation Buttons until learners finish interacting with a slide.
If that doesn't suit what you have in mind, please use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button to upload your file.
There are several ways to do so and depand on how you like to structure the course.
1. Quiz no show on menu: user will not able to enter the quiz from menu, and you could set True/False variables for each activity that requires to be completed. And it will only jump to quiz when clickintg a button on the conditions of all the variables are true.
2.Keep showing quiz on menu: add a silde before the quiz(or a layer), if the True/False variables all are true than skip the side(or not show the layer), conversly, tell the user to complete all the activities before enter the quiz.

Thanks Christie!
That will help some. I'll let you know more when I finish the build.
