Have run into a problem with quizzes locking up when folks are going through a presentation. I've not been able to replicate the problem myself on different computers, but have determined that most folks seem to have this happen to them on multiple response questions. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
I haven't heard of this issue before, but do you have any further information about what's happening with your users? Is it a particular question, or any of the multiple response questions? Do you know what web browser their using to view the course?
It appears to primarily happen on multiple response questions. Support has been looking at it, and I just gave them the modified XML file (frame) to see if some edits I made to that to get rid of the seekbar and restrict movement by viewers so that they can move forward - they have to view a slide in its entirety first, after which they can go backwards.
I see that at the resolution of your case you were looking for someone in the community to help you with editing the XML file. Hope you've been able to find someone, and you may want to post it separately from this thread, just so it bubbles to the top.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks John, I see you're working with Cleo, so I'll follow along and keep the thread updated here with any solutions you both come too.
