Hi wonder if any of you guys can help. I've just finished my first course in storyline and while trialing it we've found that when you fail a quiz and retry all the answers are still the same as previously chosen, anyone able to point me in the right direction for sorting this?
If you need to re-take a quiz, you will need to use the "Reset results" trigger. This will reset all the question slides being tracked in your result slide.
Are you seeing this while previewing the .story or from testing within your web browser/LMS? Have you also looked into the slide revisiting properties to see if they're set to reset to initial state? You'll also want to look at the triggers associated with the "reset results" button you've included to ensure there is a "reset results trigger" as Wendy mentioned and that it appears before the Jump to slide trigger.
