We keep our resources in the same network drive (Google Drive).
We use 2 to 3 people to review and make edits to courses. However, when ever another developer published the same course, he/she has to re-attach resources.
Is there anyway to avoid having to re-attach resources anytime another developer on our team publishes the same course?
It's kind of a pain, and one more thing we have to check each time we publish.
I've run into the same situation. The workaround we use is to use URL links to files hosted online instead of embedding them into the lesson. Not sure if your hosting situation allows that, but it is an option.

Thanks, Ryan. I'll talk to our LMS team and ask them to set that up.
Another option would be everybody works, but only one body publishes.
