Does it appear with any file you attempt to save in Storyline, or just one?
Also, have you previously saved this file successfully? If so, could you try a slightly different file name to see if creating a "new version" has any effect?
If it's easier to share a troublesome .story file, our Support team can help test it with your permission. You can send it privately to the team by using this link. We'll do our best to nail down what could be causing this problem, and delete it after!
