We are in the process of switching to Workday Learning LMS. We have quite a few assessments for which it is very important that educators be able to review each learner response to each question. Our plan was to build those assessments in Storyline 360, but Workday Learning will not support recording individual question responses. Is it possible to use JavaScript to send learner responses to the educators via email? Or I am open to any other ideas if you have worked through a similar transition. Thank you.

We're being told our only option may be to recreate the assessments as "surveys" but then we lose so much functionality with question types.
I'm sorry that you're running into the same issue as Amanda! I'm surprised that Workday can't report individual responses to questions. Is there a way to customize the report in Workday?
I'd be hesitant to follow their suggestion of changing questions to survey questions because, as you said, that does result in a loss of functionality.
I'd be interested to hear if Workday offers custom reporting!
