Trying to screen record a video with sound on my desktop using Storyline 2 (also tried Replay) to no avail. After updating to Version 10...I now do not have the option to record sound within the video in both software (storyline 2 and replay). I could do this prior. I have uninstalled and installed twice. Also missing the articulate icon next to my files now. Audio option is greyed out ... Please advise. Thank you.
Sorry to hear about the issues you ran into with the latest update - you mentioned uninstalling, did you go through the whole repair here? If so, and things are still not working right - can I have work with our Support Engineers to dig a bit deeper into your se up?
