Good morning! I used Storyline 360 to record a zoom call with a SME who was doing a process walk-through for me. I was primarily going to use it to rewatch and build out my course (not for instructional purposes), but now the file just won't open! Each time I attempt to open the file, I receive an error message that the file is corrupt. I have tried making a copy and saving it to my desktop, but I still receive the same error message on the copy.
Any recommendations for what else I might try to get this file to open?
Contact support@articulate.com and see if they can help you. What's the file size? You try to unzip the .story file and see if you can extract the video.
In the future, I'd just record the zoom meeting and use the zoom .mp4.

I hate to say it, but I've had similar experiences, so I don't record with Storyline anymore.
