I am trying to record a video of my screen to demonstrate a task in Excel and need to use the Esc key quite a bit. However, every time I hit Esc the video stops. Is there a way around this? Thank you
The default hotkey to stop recording in Storyline is the ESC key. If you'd like to change this, click on the cogwheel that's shown next to the "Cancel" button in your screen recording toolbar.
In the Screen Recording properties, you can assign a new key to the "Stop Recording" option in the first field:
