Red Border around Screen Recording?

I am using the Slides > Record Screen > Record Your Screen tool in Storyline and after the slides get uploaded onto Storyline slides, I am seeing a red border around each screen - how do I remove the red border? 

I tried updating and playing with:

Format Background

Master Slides - Colors

and both do not remove the red outline around the screen recording. What am I missing? Also, I have created many courses using this process and never had an issue - it seems to have appeared out of nowhere or somewhere.

I'm happy to provide a few sample slides if needed.
