I am trying to do a screen recording within Articulate Storyline 360, which I have done many times without issue. Today, when I record a screen, it captures the red "selected window" in full screen mode. I only want the recording to capture everything inside the red box. What setting am I missing here?

I have multiple monitors, but was only trying to record on one of the monitors (not multiple at a time). I've never had an issue prior to today capturing the window I had wanted. I will take a look at the suggestions link you provided.

Hi Jen - I don't see any open cases or known issues related to what you're seeing.
Any chance you're working with multiple monitors? Storyline doesn't support multi-monitor recording. If you're using multiple monitors, can you check the suggestions on this page: https://articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-Recording-Your-Screen-with-Multiple-Monitors
