Storyline 2 - Screen Recording capturing incorrrectly

Hi, has anyone come across this issue before? I'm new to using articulate, and I've just come to start using the screen recording functionality.
When I screen record, I select the area I want to record, whether that is a size I've dictated, or full screen, and after I've completed my recording, the output is off centre to what I've selected. I.e it records off and even includes the red recording lines, and sometimes the timer, in the recording. I have no idea why it is doing it, and thoroughly confused on how to remedy it.

Hi there James,
My hunch is this probably due to your DPI settings. Check out this article for how to change it to a supported setting. Let me know if that resolves it!

Is there any solution if you have more than one screen?
I have three and on all three of them the scaling is off. Does this mean I need to change all screen scaling to 100%?

Hi Anastasia,
Yes, I'd set your screen resolution/DPI to 100% or 96 DPI to have Storyline 2 behave as expected. This should help your screen recording set up too - but if you need anything else please let us know!
