Refresh Web Objects

My project is working and I have a collection of web objects referencing html files on my local system. These html files each reference video and other files.
FYI: I am publishing to CD in this case.
The problem is if I change any of the web object files they are not updated in the project. It appears as if Storyline stores the web object when it is inserted and the only way to refresh the content of this object is to delete an reinsert it.
Am I missing something or is it as it appears I have to delete and reinsert?

Hi Drew,
It may simply be the fact that it's local content. If you view the content locally, it may not display the web object update properly.
Since you're publishing to CD, you might want to try making a change and publishing. Then, test the content on the CD (or the .exe file) to see if it updates. If it does, then it's just a matter of the local content. If it doesn't, then we might want to take a look at this.

I double checked what I was doing and I have submitted it as a support case.
In the end deleting and re-inserting is not a huge problem it's just not what I expected.
