I'm creating a course in my regional language and menu bar doesn't support that language in flash output i'm using 'Arial unicode MS' font, it supported in HTML 5 output but in that images(screenshots) get blurred even i reduce optimization , so i have to use flash output.
i am attaching a sample screenshot showing output of HTML 5 and flash indicating spelling error.
What version of Storyline are you using? Also, what browser are you viewing the HTML5 and Flash outputs in? Are words spelled wrong, or you're just experiencing the blurriness?
It may be something a bit easier to troubleshoot in a Support case where we can take a look at your files and examples. Can you reach out to our Support team here?
thanks for your response i am using storyline 360 and Mozila firefox, chorme(Version 55.0.2883.87 m), internet exploral 10, browsers. i use chrome for my HTML5 output, i am experiencing blurriness of image in HTML5 output.
I see that you have reached out to our support team for assistance and I would encourage you to continue working directly with them there so that we can understand what you are experiencing. I will add this note to the case for reference.
It looks like Jigar's issue was reported to our team, and is still an open issue. It's only appearing in the Flash output, not HTML5. If you'd like, we can test your setup as well to confirm if it's the same issue. You can share your .story file here with us or upload to our Support Engineers here.

Good news! We fixed the issue you reported where Gujarati text was not displaying properly in Flash output.
Install the latest Storyline 360 update to take advantage of all the recent features and fixes. Here's how.
If the problem happens again, please record a Peek 360 screencast for me, and I'll be happy to help!
