I updated and replacea a storlyine 2004 scorm in our LMS. When opening, it is just spinning on RESUME. However it's ok on restart. It's a long course and lots of learners doing it. I need my resume back! (this is both chrome and edge). Thanks

You mentioned that you updated and replaced your Storyline file. When you were originally working on this project, did the course function as expected in your LMS?
I see that you also mentioned using SCORM 2004. Could you share what edition you are currently using (2nd, 3rd, 4th)? Depending on the edition, you will see restrictions on your resume data. This article shares more:
