I am allowing students to attempt the quiz twice and if they still don't pass I have setup the elearn so after two attempts they have to retake the course. All of that is working what isn't working is after they redo the course and try to retake the quiz it doesn't work, you can't click on any of the answers. So what am I missing????
Wendy you are the nemesis whisperer . . . . that did the trick! I have been looking at it for so long that I didn't even notice they were in the wrong order.

Trigger order is very important...On your results slide 'retake course' button you are jumping back to the course before you reset the results.
Re-order the triggers so the reset trigger is first.
