Resize removes text from all my buttons

When I resize my custom sized project to shorten the width by 175 pixels, the text in all my buttons disappears. Can anyone explain why this might be happening or have an idea how to prevent the text from disappearing?

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and describing what you're experiencing!
If I understand correctly, this happens when you change the story size of your project. Have you attempted to create a new file with the correct dimensions, then importing the slide from the original .story file?
Would you be comfortable sharing your .story file through a support case if this is not the issue?
