An elesson I recently built in Storyline has a strange bug (at least I'm assuming it's a bug). When you click on the Resources tab, the 'Resources' text turns into a scrolling (mini) window with an up and down arrow where you can scroll through the list of resources. See the attached screen shot.
Only one user actually had this issue, and has re-created it several times. I haven't been able to re-create it and no other users have had the same issue. Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi Lindsey. I'm not able to reproduce this behavior in a new file. It looks like your screenshot might not have attached properly. Would you mind attaching it again. Also, if you're willing to share your file for us to test out, that'd be great!
Hi Leslie, Your output looks fine to me. I'll work with our IT manager to evaluate the system requirements. Are you aware of how others resolved this issue?
Hi Lindsey - typically I've seen the issue happen when viewing HTML5 output in IE for example, which is not supported as the documentation indicates. I would advise being sure to view the content in a supported format/browser.

It appears this issue only happens in IE (not Chrome or Firefox).

I have seen this issue occur for users viewing in a non-supported environment, so be sure to check out our documentation here.
