We used to be able to use the 'Restart Course' Trigger to reset an offline course on the iPad. Since a recent update this no longer works and when pressed removes the course from the screen. When you go back to the library, you can access the course again but isn't reset.
Please could someone advise whether this bug is being looked into or how it can be fixed. We are currently having to do a work-around resetting each and every variable - which isn't fun!

I have version 7 but I played around with it and realised it wasn't working properly as the restart course button was on a layer. I moved it to a slide and it works.

Can you tell me what version/update of Storyline you are using?
If Storyline 1, be sure that you are using Update 7
If Storyline 2, be sure that you are using Update 1
If so, please share your .story file so that we can look into this issue.
