Restricting course with assessments, result not showing correctly issue

I am creating a course using Articulate Storyline 2 with some slides and an assessment within the question bank. The assessment is randomized and have only few questions to be attempted randomly. I have restricted this course (restricted menu, as well as each slides using true/false variables).
But while I publish it, the result is shown passed only when I attempt all questions correctly in the first attempt. If I answered some of the questions incorrect on first attempt, and then all correct on next attempt, I can't get it pass. While on reviewing assessment, I found out that the question attempted on first attempts are shown incorrect, but it has been reset to initial state, i.e. I don't get my answers ticked on this review.
This is only after I publish the course, everything is fine when previewing within articulate storyline. And also this thing works fine when I change the menu to free from restricted.
Can you find the issue, which is causing this?

Do you have a copy of your .story file that we could take a look at and do some testing around? That may be the easiest way for us to spot what's off in the file and why it's behaving differently in publish. You’ll want to upload the .story file here (which is the file prior to publishing) using the “ADD ATTACHMENT” button at the bottom of the forums reply window. Here is the sample file for the problem issue that I have. Can you please test the published files with 1 incorrect-3 corrects, 2 incorrects-2 corrects and 3 incorrects- 1 incorrect on the first attempt, while try all the correct answers on the second attempt. It will give some undone incorrects on review.

Thanks for sharing the file with me here. I took a look and published it for LMS and uploaded it to SCORM Cloud. I gave it a test there and did as you mentioned, failing the first time and then retrying the quiz with all correct answers - after that I was able to pass, no problem.
Can you give that one a test? If it works for you - I'd want to make sure you were on the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 11, and then also I'd be curious if you could upload your published output to SCORM Cloud as well. If it works there, it's a good sign it's something in the LMS and you could share those results with them as a next testing step.
