I have built a few training modules in Articulate Storyline before all of which included quizzes with feedback/results going to LMS/MyLearning.
Is it possible to use Storyline to create a question bank type survey but have the results recorded/fed back elsewhere? (Similar to if we were to use Survey Monkey where a user can log in and view results)
This doesn't sound like a set-up that we would be able to support. If anyone in the community has any ideas or suggestions for this, hopefully they will be able to chime in.

If you wish, you could easily include a Survey Monkey element as a web object described here.
