I have a quiz with 6 questions and 3 different results slides... 1 for 100%, another for between 80% and 99%, and another for less than 80%. There's one question that's not being recognized by the results slides. Could someone take a look and see which one it is and make a suggestion on how to fix it?
I took a look at this, and it seemed to be the hotspot quiz that was causing the difficulty - there was no trigger to submit the interaction's results, so it wasn't tracking appropriately. I updated that in a test file, and was able to get an appropriate score. Hope that helps!
I went back and selected the option to review the test when previewing it and, you're absolutely right... it was counting the hotspot question incorrect for some reason. I rebuilt the question and everything worked great. Thanks for your help
HI, I am having nothing but problems with my result slides. I add a custom slide and then retry button fires the learner back to the menu instead of the beginning of the quiz. Please can someone help me to fix this problem? Cheers, Dan
Hi, the results slides are not working correctly. On failing the knowledge checks and clicking retry, the course should jump back to the beginning slide of the section. Instead it jumps to the menu slide. Also, on completion of all knowledge checks the course completion slide should unlock but it doesn't. Thanks, D

I couldn't find the trigger that jumps to the end slide (2.1) once all knowledge checks are completed. Do you know the slide number where this trigger is found?
Hi, a failure of the knowledge check should take the learner back to the beginning of the section, not to the menu.
There is a trigger/linking issue. If the learner fails the KC they should be taken back to the beginning of the section the KC relates to once they click retry.
This is not happening, instead they are being taken back to the menu. How do I set the fail layer of the result side so that the learner is returned to the beginning of the section and not to the menu?

Slide 1.10 Tracks quiz questions: 1.9 Success Layer jumps back to 1.5 Failure Layer jumps back to 1.6 - you can adjust this trigger to jump back to 1.9
Slide 1.19 Tracks quiz questions: 1.16, 1.17, and 1.18 Success Layer jumps back to 1.5 Failure Layer jumps back to 1.6 - you can adjust this trigger to jump back to 1.16
Slide 1.30 Tracks quiz questions: 1.27, 1.28, and 1.29 Success Layer jumps back to 1.5 Failure Layer jumps back to 1.6 - you can adjust this trigger to jump back to 1.27
