I have Storyline 3, it is an old 2015 version. My file has 3 sections with texts and quizzes. The sections do not need to be completed in order. After several test runs, I am still unable to get to the results page after the course completion.
I've even tried deleting and re-creating the results page. Is there anyone who might have had this issue before?

Where is the “jump to results slide” trigger located? Is it on the last slide in every section?
Does the trigger have any conditions attached to it?

Great idea opening a case! I see you've connected with my teammate, Darwin, and he recommended using "When the timeline starts on the slide" to activate the "Jump to Slide" trigger. I'm happy that this resolved the issue!
