I'm having a strange problem in my LMS where I've created a SCORM package of a game which has the Results slide showing a "score" (number of successful responses) after 1 minute of questions being pulled from a question bank. I tried it out in Chrome, and it works wonderfully... then I asked a colleague to test it out - she uses Firefox, and kept getting a "frozen" screen when waiting for the Results page to come up after the 1 minute elapse. I've tried on my computer, using Firefox this time, and am having the same result where it will not jump to the Results page. I'm not sure what's happening here... little help?
Is Firefox a supported browser within your LMS? What update of Firefox are you using? You may want to look at testing this at SCORM Cloud which is a industry standard for SCORM content to see how it behaves there.
I have no idea why I was getting the behaviour I was... but I've gone a completely different route and built my own 1 minute timer that submits the results to the LMS and then brings users to the results slide automatically. This did the trick, and now is working on all browsers.
