Results slide won't open in Storyline 2

This is weird: My Storyline 2 training  project has been published to our intranet and has been working flawlessly for months. Hundreds of our employees have successfully taken this training. Recently, I've been getting emails from new employees taking this same (unchanged, untouched) training saying that the results page won't open when they click the "Print Results" button. I have now verified that the button on the intranet has just stopped working. Does anyone know why this would happen? Also, and more importantly, how do I fix it?

I've never heard of Scormcloud. What is it?

I know that users using Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome have encountered the problem.

We have had problems with Google Chrome in the past and therefore warn users not to use it. But this is weird because it was working on all browsers other than Chrome. (Chrome allowed users to skip ahead even though we had specified "Restricted" in the Menu settings in the player).

We don't have any budget for Scormcloud so that isn't an option. Have you ever heard of this sort of thing happening before?
