Results slide won't open in Storyline 2

This is weird: My Storyline 2 training project has been published to our intranet and has been working flawlessly for months. Hundreds of our employees have successfully taken this training. Recently, I've been getting emails from new employees taking this same (unchanged, untouched) training saying that the results page won't open when they click the "Print Results" button. I have now verified that the button on the intranet has just stopped working. Does anyone know why this would happen? Also, and more importantly, how do I fix it?

Hard to say but it could be browser related - try testing the package in Scormcloud with different browsers. If it works there, then perhaps a setting in your LMS has changed or needs tweaking.
Can you isolate the users with the issue to a specific browser?
I've never heard of Scormcloud. What is it?
I know that users using Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome have encountered the problem.
We have had problems with Google Chrome in the past and therefore warn users not to use it. But this is weird because it was working on all browsers other than Chrome. (Chrome allowed users to skip ahead even though we had specified "Restricted" in the Menu settings in the player).
I just found out what SCORMCLOUD is on google, but since I work in government there's no budget for such things.

LMS's and browsers can both be fickle - bearing in mind browser updates are being released pretty regularly so something that used to work may now not for reasons unknown. Also if your LMS has had an update that could be a factor.
Thanks Wendy. It looks like I will have to test it in SCORMCLOUD and if it works, just re-post it to the intranet and see if it works again.
