Greetings: I've added a results slide to one of my eLearning courses and have selected the "allow printing" option. Upon seeing the results of the quiz, I click the "Print Results" button and insert my name but the results do not print. There doesn't seem to be any link between the "Print Results" button and the printer. I'm sure I'm missing something here. Any assistance would be appreciated.
The Print Results button should open a new browser tab and display a summary of the learner's quiz results. Then, the learner can use the browser's print feature to print that page, just as they would print any other content on the web.
Are you testing the published content locally, or have you hosted the output on a web server or LMS?
If you are testing locally, try hosting the content on SCORM Cloud (for LMS) or Tempshare (for Web), and let me know if you see an improvement.
We're seeing an issue in Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 where the Print Results page does not work when published to CD. The web browser opens with a window title Results, but there isn't any content. The web page is completely blank. Does that seem to match what you're seeing?
Thanks for confirming. I'll keep you posted on our progress with this bug, and I'm sorry I don't have a workaround to offer at this time. We have heard from other users that Print Result is working when you view the story.html and story_html5.html in Published to CD output, so that might be worth a try.
We just upgraded to Storyline 3 (from storyline 2) we are having the issue where on the results side we have a print results button and it is opening a new window in internet explorer and it is completely blank. We have not changed any triggers for the Print results button. Is there a fix for this yet?

Hi Crystal - I am also having issues when trying to print results. I publish to Web (until we have a LMS). When I select print a second window opens, but it's totally blank. I assume this is part of the bug Alyssa mentioned? Or does Web publications not support printing results?

Print Results: Report.html file does not work when published to CD.

Not working for me either. I input the name and I get a blank website. I published to a CD (Flash drive)
