To implement resume functionality in our LMS application, we are trying to read properties of data.js file using PHP scripting language, which are generated by articulate storyline 360 authoring tool but we are unable to access data.js properties.
Data.js file is attached here which we used in our application.

If it's not working for you, have you also looked at testing outside your LMS environment in a site such as SCORM Cloud? It's an industry standard for LMS testing so will help narrow down if there is an issue in the file or in how your LMS is reading the Resume data.
